The above references are to God's awesome splendour and majesty, and his sovereign authority as King of all. Related to these are references to his power - not only is he in the position of authority, he has the mighty power to back that authority up. His authority packs a punch; it is not in role, position or word only. He also holds legal authority in that he is the Judge of all the earth. Look again the in Psalms and write out the relevant verses.
