Consider the results of your spiritual gift analysis. Discuss them with your Mentor or Pastor. Use the following questions to direct your thoughts and involve your Pastor or Mentor in confirming or questioning your results.
What confirmations do you receive concerning what you already knew or suspected were your gifts?
What results were surprising to you?
Which of the results do you and your Pastor or Mentor consider valid or invalid in respect to your gifts?
Identify similarities and areas of overlap between your ‘spiritual gifts’, natural talents and learned abilities.
Which gifts are you currently using in your Christian life and ministry?
List any gifts that the analysis has made you aware of that you need to be more diligent in using in the work of Christ’s kingdom.
What are you going to do about using and/or developing them?
