Luke

The focus of these studies is on the people whom we encounter in Luke’s Gospel.

Some of these people are real people – either individuals or groups; some are the characters in Jesus’ parables, and sometimes it is difficult to know whether these characters were actually real or were made up by Jesus just to press some point of teaching home.

The main person in Luke’s Gospel is Jesus himself, so we will also look at Luke’s reports about what he did, what he taught, and what was done to him.
