STUDY FOUR: MARTHA – JOHN 11:1 - 57

Jesus often went to the home of his good friends, Lazarus, Martha and Mary in the village of Bethany. One day, when Jesus was four days walk away from Bethany Lazarus became sick.

A. WHAT DID EVERYBODY DO? John 11:3-16

D. SOME OTHER CLAIMS JESUS MADE
Jesus made many absolute claims. Many of the people listening to him did not think that he had the right to make these claims. They thought he was just a man, but the claims he made were actually claims to be God. With almost every claim there is a promise given to those who believe that he is who he claimed to be.
